ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Kama Loka does not issue refunds or accept returns. We do offer exchanges for damaged or defective goods, please contact us within 7 days from date of delivery at sales@kamalokabooks.com.

*Opened Tarot decks 
*Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

EXCHANGES 

Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, damaged (outside of during shipping) or not in its original packaging will not be accepted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@kamalokabooks.com to initiate the exchange. Kama Loka is not responsible for shipping fees on exchanges.
